GetStatus always returns a 0 for the RA16BA connection status (least significant bit)

Issue

Although ActiveX seems to connect and properly load a circuit to the RA16BA (Medusa Base Station), the GetStatus method will consistently return a 0 for connection status.

Workaround

Use the second (circuit loaded) and third (circuit running) bits.
